These prices buy you a licence to use the system on the appropriate number of work stations.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Standard Payment
Our standard payment schedule is one third on order with the balance being
due on
installation.
Five Payments
Five equal payments will be calculated on the above prices. The first
payment will be
due on order, the second on installation and the remaining three
at monthly intervals
thereafter. There will be a £50 administration charge
added for this option.
Hire
To hire the system an Initial Payment will be due on order with monthly
payments
commencing at the installation date. The monthly payments will be
calculated as 6.25%
of the normal software cost and the initial payment will be
three times the monthly
payment.
This option includes telephone support and software updates
for the duration of the hire
period. The minimum hire period is 6 months. A
minimum of three months notice to
cancel the agreement can be given after three
months. Should you choose this option
and at a later date opt to purchase the
system then forty per cent of the total software
payments made over the previous
two year period can be credited against the price.
VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to all amounts.
